Q. Will it hurt?
A. Dentistry today can be almost painless with the use of local anesthetics and nitrous oxide.

Q. How much will it cost? 
A. The cost of dentistry varies depending on what treatment is needed. An initial examination and consultation is $79.00. A full set of radiographs is $142.00

Q. What should I do first?
A. It is recommended that everyone have their teeth and oral cavity checked twice a year.

Q. Does teeth whitening really work and what are the different methods?
A. Yes it does! It can brighten almost everyone's smile. We offer in office and at home bleaching systems. We also have whitening strips.

Q. Do you apply braces?
A. Yes we use the new OrthoClear Aligners

Q. What about dentures?
A. I do treat patients who are in need of full mouth reconstruction including dentures and partials and I now offer a revolutionary implant system to solve those loose denture problems .

Q. Should I have my old silver fillings replaced with natural color fillings?
A. I do recommend replacing them.

Q. When do you recommend a root canal?
A. I recommend a root canal when the tooth is dying and may be symptomatic. Therapy can be almost painless.

Q. When are caps necessary?
A. A cap is another term for crown. A crown protects a tooth from further destruction and restores a tooth to full function.

Q. Are veneers the same as caps?
A. No, a veneer is a porcelain  facing that covers the front of a tooth and wraps around the interproximal and bite areas. A veneer can close spaces and improve the appearance of one's smile.

Q. What is bonding?
A. Bonding is the placement of a tooth colored porcelain filling. Small spaces can be filled in with bonding and treatment can be completed in one appointment.
